Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Ecliporia may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (when provided by the carrier).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

We work with trusted shipping partners, which may include:

- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL eCommerce
- Other regional delivery partners
Carrier selection depends on your delivery location and order size.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipment delays or additional shipping charges may occur.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at support@ecli-poria.com. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us as soon as possible.
- Include your order number and any relevant photos if the package or product is damaged.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
While we will gladly assist you, delivery delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our direct control.
Delivery Issues
A package may be marked as delivered before it reaches your doorstep.
If this happens, we recommend:
- Checking around your property.
- Asking household members or neighbors.
- Contacting the shipping carrier.
- Waiting up to 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered before final drop-off.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (where carrier restrictions apply)
- APO/FPO addresses (unless supported by the shipping carrier)
- International destinations
